Are You Giving Thanks Enough?

Giving thanks 24/7 is receiving 24/7

Giving thanks 24/7 is receiving 24/7

Giving thanks can cause miracles in your life! It will transform your life and experiences and is the easiest way to change reality. Sarah Ban Breathnach wrote “Gratitude is the most passionate transformative force in the cosmos.” When you are giving thanks you are becoming a great mind magnet. Whatever you are giving thanks for in life expands-it’s a law. When you are giving thanks sincerely, you unlock the Universe’s abundance treasure chest.

One great thing that happens when you are giving thanks is that you are automatically opening yourself to receive. When you are giving thanks for something, you are sending out an expectation of receiving more of the same or better. When you remember to constantly give thanks you are putting yourself in harmony with your goals and desires, and that energy will attract the person, condition, business, or situation you want to you.

Find yourself giving thanks out loud; giving thanks in silence, giving thanks in writing, giving thanks to others.

When you find one thing, even something small, to give thanks for and you hold that gratitude feeling for as little as 15–20 seconds, many beneficial physiologic changes take place in your body: your immune system is enhanced, increased blood flows to your heart, and your breathing becomes deeper. You not only benefit physically, you benefit spiritually. When you are giving thanks, you are connecting with your higher spiritual Source.

Another great thing-research suggests that giving thanks has tremendous value in helping people cope with stress. Learn how to relieve stress and make quick changes in your life by giving thanks in the WOW SYSTEM.

Being Grateful is Tough

Be grateful - Be happy

Be grateful - Be happy

Being grateful is tough. Does that shock you? Well, if it isn’t, why is it that so many people forget to be grateful?

First of all, it’s important to realize that being grateful is a ‘chosen attitude’. You have to actually choose to have grateful feelings about things in your life and then begin to make it a habit.

Why is that so hard for so many people to be grateful? It’s difficult to be grateful because they must give up being a ‘victim’. They must give up the attitude that people owe them something-and that what they don’t have is somebody else’s fault.

How can you be grateful when you are thinking poor me? How can you be grateful when you feel what you have is owed to you? You can’t. So, you’ve chosen the victim mentality, it’s time to choose again. Time to choose to be grateful.

“He is a wise man who does not grieve for the things which he has not, but rejoices for those which he has.” Epictetus

This quote says it all. Victims grieve for the things they don’t have, however grateful people continually rejoice in what they have.

Do You have Attitude or Gratitude?

Do you have attitude or gratitude?

Do you have attitude or gratitude?

Do You have Attitude or Gratitude? Don’t say you have both because it’s impossible to have an attitude and still have gratitude. Attitude energy is all about me, me, me. It’s about taking, taking, taking. Gratitude energy is quite the opposite. It’s about giving, giving, giving. Gratitude is about sharing, sharing, sharing. A person with an attitude never shares, except about himself.

Gratitude is choosing to find joy in what you already have and sending that joy outward for others to share. It’s about appreciation and sending out good feelings. Attitude is a turn off and sends an uncomfortable feeling to others.

It’s been said ‘Silent gratitude isn’t much use to anyone.’ Why? Because the more you share your gratitude feelings the more positive energy flow to others and back to yourself. There is no such thing as ‘silent attitude’ because of constant boasting and begging for attention. With attitude your energy is wasted by being the attention.

A grateful person is always growing. A person with attitude never gets anywhere because he thinks he’s already there.
