The subconscious mind simply takes order whether the thoughts and words are from a gossip guru or not.

There are a lot of things you can’t change-however one thing you can change any moment you want, is to stop being a gossip guru and spewing negativity. You either make yourself miserable by being a gossip guru or happy by praising and speaking goodness about others.
