Let's be happy!

Being happy is a state of mind. See how many of these happiness pointers fit you:

-There are 2 happiest days in your life. The day you were born and the day you discover why. Happy people have discovered why they were born or are enjoying finding out.

-You can only be happy when you are present, you know, there…giving your full attention to whatever you are doing or whomever you are with. There is no such thing as ‘I’ll be happy when’.

-You are only truly happy when you know it’s not about how others think about you – it’s about how you think about you. Marcus Aurelius said, ‘A man’s life is what his thoughts make of it.’

-To be happy you must love who you are and love what you do.

-Happy people are mindful of their internal dialogue. The way you talk to yourself creates your emotional outlook. Talk to yourself positively for 30 days. Do not talk negatively about yourself – or others!

-Happy people spread happiness. They communicate how happy they are to themselves and others.

-Happy people are always looking for the solution rather than the problem.
-When you are happy – you show up for you!
