1. Do you spend a lot of time with people who are negative or constantly talking about their money problems and their poverty situation? Maybe you even talk about the unsuccessful things or money mistakes you made in your past? This is one of the biggest energy mistakes anyone can ever make. Whether you personally spend time basking in negative feelings about a current or past money situation, or whether you are listening to another person reflect on his or her poverty, it is the same – you are attracting poverty.

Money is energy and the energy you send out when you think or speak of it determines whether it comes to you. Love money! Appreciate money. Feel good about money! Send only positive energy vibrations whenever it comes to money – not poverty vibrations.

2. Do you seriously expect to make more money than you are now or do you really expect a future of poverty? It’s a fact that you get what you mentally and emotionally expect. Why is that? It’s because your expectations are based on your feelings which send messages to the universe and to your unconscious mind. Create the feeling of expecting what you want by creating mental pictures in your mind. Don’t think about your poverty situation.Think about how great you will feel when your finances are the way you want them to be. Your unconscious mind does not know the difference between real and imagined with feeling. By staying in a positive mindset you attract money. 3. Are you envious of those who have more money than you?

Being envious, resentful, or even hostile to people who make more than you is lethal. When you have negative feelings about money, whether it is yours or someone else’s, you are sending out vibrations of poverty and poverty is exactly what will be returned to you. You are constantly sending energy messages with your feelings. When you have negative feelings about money, the universe doesn’t care whose money it is. When someone gets a raise, unexpected money, or even is better off than you financially, truly be happy for them as if it were your money…..and soon it will be.

Habits can be changed any moment you decide to change them. Begin to feel happy when you think or talk about money and you will begin to leave poverty  out of your life.

Almost everyone wants to be happy, however everyone has a time when what they are thinking and feeling isn’t exactly as happy they would like them to be. So, what quick fix can they count on to turn that situation from unhappy into happy?

It’s a simple little trick. It has to do with the way your mind works, which is to think in pictures. To be happy, you have to place a happy picture in your mind because your mind follows orders from your pictures.

The first happy picture you put in your mind is that of you either running, driving a boat, riding a horse, driving in an open convertible….whatever strikes your fancy or makes you happy …. and then see yourself making an abrupt U-turn.   This tells your inner mind to get ready for a big reversal.

Everyone wants to be happy but not everyone knows how to be happy. In order to be happy you must have a mindset that encourages happiness. To do this, you have to be a quitter. You must quite 3 things.  Being happy requires you to quit Criticizing, Controlling, and fear of Changing.

 When you criticize anyone or anything, you have determined what’s wrong with some one or something rather than what’s right. You are looking at the negative instead of the positive of a person or situation. Criticism of yourself is one of the worst things you can do. No one can be happy when they find fault with themselves. People who criticize aren’t happy because this habit brings lack, rather than prosperity,  into your life. In order to be happy, you have to kick out toxic thoughts.

To be happy, you must also quit exerting control over anyone or anything. When you try to control something, it actually controls you because of the effort it takes. The fact is, you can’t actually control anything, therefore being happy eludes you because even with all your controlling effort, things don’t always work out as you wish. Happy people are flexible, they let things flow, and take see opportunities in everything that happens. Controlling is a contracting energy, where as allowing is expanding energy.

You will only be happy when you recognize that change is a good thing. Change is happening constantly and change is progress. Happy people aren’t afraid of change. Happy people find change exciting, even though they know great changes are usually preceded by chaos. In the end, they know that the change is worth it. Happy people do not worry about or fear change; instead they anticipate it. Be happy about what is changing and you’ll find opportunities in it.

Happy people hang with other happy people because they also have happy habits and have quit the things that make them unhappy.  Sharon Swan said “If you want to be around me, you can either choose to be happy too, or follow the signs to the nearest exit!”

There is a science to being happy exactly like there is a science of getting rich. In the words of Wallace D. Wattles, who wrote The Science of Getting Rich,  “The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way.”  He was right and it is a statement that can also be said about being happy. The ability to be happy comes as a result of doing things a certain way.

One way to be happy is to have a happy attitude about where you are and what you are doing. A happy attitude is a result of happy thoughts, happy feelings and specific words that lead to happiness.  Delete the following thoughts and words from your vocabulary. These words will never result in a happy you.

I’m so frustrated that…

I’m worried that…

I’m stressed about…

I don’t want…

I should have, but….

I could have, but….

If only…..

These words will not result in a happy attitude because they invoke feelings of doubt, stress, worry, frustration, and that things aren’t as good as they should be. It’s easy to change your sad words into happy words once you are aware of the problem and observe what you think and say.

For example, rather than saying, “I really need to get out of debt, ” which brings up a sad feeling, you could say, “I love being debt free,” which would bring a happy feeling.

Sad feeling words are, “I’m so stressed about this situation.” Happy feeling words are, “One thing I can be happy about is that this situation is giving me a lot of valuable experience.”

Sad feeling words are, “I hate my job.” Happy feeling words are, “Something I love about my job is …”

Sad feeling words are, “I’m worried about…”   Happy feelings are, “I know this is going to turn out in an amazing way.”

Start observing your words and when you find yourself uttering something that won’t result in a happy attitude, changing your words.

Your attitude always shows, especially when you are in the presence of children. Your words influence whether they are happy now and in the future. Keep a happy feeling in your attitude and words and you will not only have a happy child, your child will have a happy future.

Using happy words creates a happy attitude and a successful future. This is a great time to start the habit  of using only ‘happy words’.

Got a problem. You can fix it.

Do you have a problem? Everyone has some kind of a problem, whether it’s with a relationship, finances, or even with health.

I’m going to give you an easy way to ‘get over’ your problem mentally and emotionally so you are ready to take action on your problem and fix it.

1. Identify your problem. In fact, write it down so you really understand what it is.

2. Okay, now you are in touch with your problem, identify the way you feel when you think about it. Is it sad, hopeless, fearful, frustrated, fearful, or some other uncomfortable feeling?

3. You are not feeling so good right now because your problem has you wallowing in a negative feeling. So…..think hard. If you didn’t have that problem and it were out of your life, what feeling would you have? Without that problem, would you feel happy, relieved, relaxed, confident, or some other wonderful feeling? Cross out the word representing the old feeling and write down the new feeling. Imagine your problem is already over and feel it….and feel it more intensely.

Your problem will be over, and the sooner you actually associate that good feeling with your problem, the sooner it will be over. When you get into the new feeling that you want to feel, the needed action to fix the problem will come into your mind. When you get realize that action, your new attitude will give you the motivation to take that action.

To take control over any problem, you must have the right mind set. When you get into the feeling of the problem being fixed already, with that new attitude your problem will soon be over.

By learning this simple little trick to fix your problem you are learning something that will set yourself up to be happy.

Have you ever wondered if there is a formula for how to be happy? There is. Many people think it is too simple to work. The truth is, nature’s laws are simple and so is how to be happy.

Being happy has everything to do with what you do every minute of every day. The simple daily formula is: get up, be amazing, and go back to bed.

To be more specific about how to be happy, ‘wake up with eagerness’ to enjoy whatever the day brings you. This will become easy if you decide to make it a habit and consciously remember to do it every morning. Every day you’ll get better at it. It’s the best way to start the day happy.

The ‘be amazing all day’ is the part that gets sticky. How can you be amazing when you go to a job you don’t like? What’s so happy about that? How can you be amazing when your spouse says something negative? What’s so happy about that? How can you be amazing when you wake up with a bad cold? What’s so happy about that?

You are being amazing when you focus on the things you do like about your job. There must be some things that make you happy. Let yourself feel joy about those things. Let yourself be amazed as you keep your focus on them.

Be amazing when your spouse says things you do like. There are things that he or she does that make you happy. Let yourself feel happy about those things as you keep your focus on them. Be amazed at how you rarely get a cold and how quickly you are going to get better. Let those things make you feel happy.

Why be amazed and happy all day? The feeling of being amazed automatically attracts amazing things and amazing people into your life that are amazing. Feeling happy is an energy that automatically attracts happy situations and happy people into your life. When you mentally focus on what makes you happy, you are actually programming your mind to bring you those happy, amazing things.

During the day, seek out happy things and allow yourself to be amazed about even small things that you normally ignore. There many happy, amazing things around you constantly that you are missing because you are not looking for them, and even when you see them you do not switch into a happy, amazed feeling. You can only be happy when you are present, giving your full attention to whatever you are doing or whomever you are with. There is no such thing as ‘I’ll be happy when’.

Go back to bed should be ‘go back to bed the way you got up’ – excited about all the amazing things that made you happy during the day. Before you go to bed, focus on the happy things and mentally rewrite all the things that weren’t amazing in a way that would have made you happy. This will completely change the energy around them, you, and your life.

Being happy is a state of mind. So is being amazed.

Make my day? I do….and you do, too!

Make my day,” is a popular phrase, especially when it is said by Clint Eastwood. What does ‘make my day‘ mean to you? It’s what you do everyday-you make your day. Your days aren’t arranged by fate or luck. Your days, every moment of them, are made by you.

Why do some people have happy days, filled with fulfilling relationships and enjoying what they do? Why do some people have days filled with unhappiness, anger, and hating what they do?

The fact is, they both live in the same universe. The reason is that they both could say, “I make my day,” because they do.

I make my day (no matter what the day has in store) when I wake up in the morning and decid to be happy. I make my day when I decide that no matter what happens in the day, I will find something positive in it. I make my day when I look at the good in every person I meet and tell them about that good. I make my day, just like you, when I put a happy feeling in my heart as I go through my day-no matter what happens. I make my day because it’s just the law of the universe that the next day is built on the day before and the day before…and the day before.

I make my day when I wake up and dread getting out of bed. I make my day when I look at the faults in other people, and I make my day when I feel good or bad depending on what happens that day. The problem is, I don’t make the day I want when I act like this.

You make your days what you want them to be by becoming an intentional creator. Just as ‘like attracts like’, I make a good day tomorrow when I control my thoughts and feelings today. I make a bad day tomorrow when I let others control my thoughts and feelings today. Now you know that you and I can say everyday, “I make my day!”

Have you ever heard of the happy line? If not, you will be happy to know that it can improve every area of your life. 

To be happy you must keep your thoughts above the happy line. Similarly, to maintain a prosperous  life, you must keep your thoughts above the happy line.

The thoughts you choose can actually be measured. ‘Above the happy line’ thoughts are those that vibrate at a rate of speed that attract positive, prosperous things into your life. ‘Below the happy line’ thoughts attract things, people, and situations that don’t make you happy or prosperous.

What kind of thoughts are above the happy line? Thoughts that bring up feelings of acceptance, love, respect, and hope make you happy.

Above the happy line thoughts are those that focus on what you have rather than what you don’t have. They are thoughts when you take responsibility for everything that happens in your life, rather than making excuses and playing the victim. Happy line thinking is when you expecting the best, rather than doubting. When you think above the happy line, you take action to get the results you want, rather than procrastinating.

Thoughts where you respond to something that happens in a positive way-rather than reacting in a negative way will bring good into your life.

When you think thoughts below the happy line, you are feeling anger, resentment, guilt, hopelessness, and fear. When you judge others, your thinking is far away from the happy line. When you feel stuck or make excuses, you will stay stuck unless you elevate your thoughts above the happy line. In short, you must kick out toxic thoughts.

At all times, you are in total control of your thoughts. Once you make it a habit to bring your thoughts up from below the happy line, it becomes easier and easier. You will also see more happiness and prosperity in your life.
