Don’t be confused- There is confusion between being happy and having more things. Many people think that if they have more toys they will be happy. It has been found that the happy impact of a new thing only lasts about 9 months, however experiences that you enjoy, such as a cooking class or a vacation with your family, is a way for you to be happy that will last. When you participate in a positive event and focus on the joyful moments, you become happy and add luster to your life over time.
