Do you have the happy habit? If you don’t have this habit, cultivate it immediately. What is it? Well, there are actually two happy habits that I am going to reveal.
First – do more of what makes you happy. How does this work? It’s a law of the universe – the Law of Attraction, to be specific. It works like this…when you are happy, you are experiencing high vibrational energy. The energy you are experiencing, at any given moment, attracts to you more of that energy. Happy attracts happy. When you are happy you are guaranteed to have more people, things, and experiences into your life that make you happy.
Unfortunately, many people don’t think they deserve to be happy – and limit their happy moments. They don’t seek them. They take life for granted and really don’t’ feel the joy in things, experiences, and people.
So, the best thing to do in life is to live in happiness. Find happiness in everything and every person. It’s up to you what feelings you experience each moment.
The next happy habit is to be happy like a child. Children are pretty much happy all the time, and if they are hurt or have a problem, they recover quickly and return to feeling happy. Why is that? Because they don’t think the way adults think. Their minds don’t automatically ever to all the things that could go wrong or all the ways something won’t work. They just expect the outcome to be one that will bring them happiness.
Since you attract what you expect – happy usually happens to them. It will happen to you also – expect the best outcome – and get a happy outcome.
You are totally in control of your happiness. Start now finding happiness in every moment, no matter who you are with or where you are – AND – in every situation always expect the outcome that will make you happy.
