What are goals? It’s a place you want to ‘go’. What are goals? A goal is an image of life you want to live in the future. What are goals? They are a destination. Goals are what you want out of life. Goals are your your vision for the future – what you want to accomplish.

Many people feel like they are drifting through life or feel like they are accomplishing other people’s goals. These are people who have never spent time brainstorming about what they really want in life …so don’t ask them ‘what are goals’. They don’t really know.

What are goals? Goals are the things that help you determine how you spend your days. What are goals? Goals are where you want to spend your time.

What are goals? Goals are a commitment. If you are serious about your goals, they are the things around which you plan your activities.

To get a goal, you must be an image maker. To get the results you want, you have to see where you are going. You have to believe you will get there, and you have to take the actions every day that will take you on a direct path towards them.

What a goals? They are a huge magnetic force of attraction.

What are goals? They are things that are impregnating the cells of your brain so you are able to mentally, spiritually, and emotionally able to accept that they are you.

You receive in your spirit first. What does that mean exactly – ‘receive in the spirit‘? Let’s start with the fact that you and every living thing on this planet constantly has a universal energy flow available to them.

When you manifest anything, you are receiving by utilizing this divine energy. When you create anything in any area of your life your spirit is co-creating with this universal energy flow. This divine energy flows in such things as abundance, love, acceptance, joy, and freedom.

When your spirit is aligned with this universal power, you create money for things that bring you comfort. When your spirit is aligned with this divine power, you create loving and supportive relationships. When your spirit is in alignment with the high vibrational energy that is available to you at all times, you receive things that are in harmony with the true nature of your spirit, which is abundance.

The fact is, before you receive anything in your physical life, you must first receive it in your spirit and only if you are aligned with your divine source, will you receive high vibrational, abundant, successful things into your life. If you are not in alignment with this divine energy, you close your valve to receiving and are not able to receive the abundance you want in all areas of your life. You are shutting off the energy to your spirit just as if you turned off the flow of water from a hose.

Which color  brings you prosperity? What does color have to do with money and your life in general, anyway? Research shows that color has a great affect upon you mentally and emotionally. Every color carries an energy and sends out a particular vibration. It has been found that within seconds of entering a room, the color and energy in that room has an effect on your brain.

What does money have to do with the color that surrounds you? Money may seem like a material thing, however it is like everything else in this word – it’s a system of energy. You are constantly exchanging energy with the things and people around you, and that includes the color that is in your surroundings.

The universe is a system of order and based on the time you physically entered the universe, you have very personal colors that magnetically attract money to you. It is good to surround yourself with those colors, since they enhance your personal energy. Be happy! There is some pretty amazing research about what you can do to be happy. It is something anyone can do.

When those being tested had the ‘brain-testing cap’ which tested their brain activity on their heads, it was found that when a person did one thing, they always became happy. When they did this thing, it caused a benefit to the mesolimbo pathway (the part of the brain that had to do with feeling happy). What is it? It is to help someone one-on-one. That’s correct! Even thinking about giving service to someone actually made a wonderful difference in whether the person was feeling happy.

Charity seems to be a big key to being happy. It was also found that when people come together in a group to help others, it also makes them feel happy. However, when money is given to an organization and the organization gives the service, the brain is not so affected and you don’t become as happy.

When you help another and give them service, it was found that you are not only happy, but you have a deep sense of calmness and serenity.

Another interesting revelation regarding being happy, is that when you teach children this principle of serving others when they are young, they become happier people and it minimizes depression later in life.

Do you love your life or do you not love your life? If not – you can change it! You can change anything you want.

The fact is, you are creating your life, everything in your life, every moment of every day-by how you think and feel.

So, let’s get this straight – am I saying that the things that are the very reason you don’t love your life can all be turned around? Right! The empty bank account, the job you don’t like, the bad relationship you are experiencing, and the world you live in, was all created by how you were feeling. Feelings are nothing more than electromagnetic charges of energy that go through your body and magnetize to you their vibrational match. You can love your life in every one of these areas if you are ready to adjust how you think and feel.

This means that to love your life, the most important thing you can do – is to pay very close attention to what you’re thinking about and how you are feeling about it.

You have every reason to think and feel good because you have Divine energy constantly flowing into you. The better you feel, the better things go for you, and the more you will love your life. The more you love your life, the more things that make you love your life will come to you.

The more of the Divine energy you flow, the better you feel. Because of old habits, however, those who can’t say you love your life, often flow low vibrational energy which does not make you feel good. The worse you feel, the worse things go. When you take the Divine energy that is flowing to you and choose not to maintain that energy, you turn the flow of Divine energy off – like turning a handle or valve that regulates the flow. The energy (feelings) you’re flowing is what  you’re attracting – and that is exactly what determines whether you can say you ‘love your life’ or you ‘don’t love your life’.

To love your life, think thoughts that will give you happy thoughts about the things that stop you from loving your life. When you find a negative feeling has over-taken you, you can change immediately.  Every moment you choose not to maintain the high vibrational joy that is flowing to you by feeling low vibrational worry, such as anger, fear, guilt, or jealousy that automatically attracts low vibrational circumstances-the exact things the prevent you from saying you love your life.

What comes back into your life causes you to feel as high or low as the feeling you are transmitting because they are an exact vibrational match to what you sent you. The more you give your attention to the things you want to exclude, the more you include them in your vibration.

How you feel any given moment literally determines what you are creating for yourself in future moments – whether you love your life or whether your don’t love your life.

It is pretty much automatic in those of you who do not love your life to make this common mistake: If you don’t like a situation that comes you, you habitually focus on what’s wrong and try to change it. The problem is you are feeling the energy of what you don’t want. Instead change your energy. Open up the flow from your Divine connection and change the feeling by changing your focus. Ask yourself at that moment, ‘What do I want’ and focus on feeling how you would feel if that were occurring.

Do you love your life? What part of your life do you not love? That’s the part where you want to change your feelings.

Worry is a waste

What is worry? Worry is a habitual way of thinking. Worry is a feeling of fear that something will happen.

You set yourself up to worry when you begin your thought with, “If only…..” or “What if……” and then you go off on an imaginary journey of what you don’t want to happen. It could be about anything from your job, your children, gas prices, bills, expenses, taxes, to your spouse.

Worry is a waste! It is like praying for something you don’t want to happen.

Worry may be about something in the future or something that happened in the past. It is telling yourself that something you don’t want to happen – will happen.

You probably picked the worry habit up from one of your parents. You can drop it as easily as you picked it up once you decide to. Worry takes a lot of time. It takes a lot of mental energy. Worry makes you age by sending acids throughout your body. It programs something negative to happen. Worry wilts you – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Robert Babson said, ‘If things go wrong, don’t go with them’.

Because worry never fixes anything, why not just stop it.  Once you decide to quit your worry habit, your life, your mood, and your energy will improve immediately. You can quit worrying because it is a habit and habits can be consciously changed!!! When you begin to worry, have something already picked out that you are going to thing about.

I know your thoughts by what you say. Your every thought sets in motion the events, people, and experiences that come into your life. The secret to getting what you want in life is knowing how to use the Law of Attraction. Your thoughts and words play a big part. So, be careful what you think because your words follow your thoughts.

Have you ever said:

I want to get out of debt by…..

I hope I don’t get sick….

I’m so stressed about….

When you say these things, your mind is accessing what you don’t want rather than what you do want. For example, if you talk about debt, your thoughts are about debt. Therefore, you will attract debt into your life. Your thoughts should be on prosperity and having more money than you need – so you attract more money than you need.

When you talk about being sick, your thoughts are about sickness. Therefore, you will attract sickness into your life. Your thoughts need to be on feeling healthy – so you attract health.

When you talk about what stresses you, your thoughts are attracting that very thing. Therefore, your thoughts will bring you more of what stresses you. Your thoughts should be on how things will turnout perfectly in the stressful situation.

Have you ever started a sentence with any of the following phrases?

Well, if you have – STOP! These words come from thoughts where you are focusing on the wrong thing. And you get what you focus on.

Why do the rich get richer and the poor get poorer? It’s a simple Law of Attraction principle. The rich think thoughts about getting money and what they will do with their money, while the poor people have thoughts of not having enough money. You get what you focus on, period!

Yes – it’s true. You can lose weight through visualization. Visualization works for everything else if you do it right, so why not weight loss? What do I mean by ‘visualize right’?  I mean do it so that it is convincing to your subconscious mind.

So many people try to lose weight the hard way. They starve themselves; they spending hours in the gym or eat unusual and costly dietary foods.

So, how do you go about transforming yourself with visualization? Napoleon Hill told us that, “What you can conceive and believe, you can achieve.” Conceive  (mentally see) yourself after you lose weight. When you do it enough – you’ll believe you can lose weight, and then you will achieve your goal to lose weight.

To help yourself visualize how you want to be after you lose weight, find an old picture of yourself when you were at the weight you like, or if you don’t have one, find a picture of the figure you want after you lose weight, and paste your face on it.

Look at the picture and slowly and carefully go from the top of the picture to the bottom and imagine how each part your body would feel in this new shape. You are doing this because effective visualization is all about using your senses. Feeling is one of your most powerful senses and is a must if you are going to lose weight.

It’s no secret that your thoughts, emotions and beliefs have a great influence on your body and likewise, they have a great influence on whether you lose weight and then keep it off. Feeling good about yourself sends positive hormones to your cells and feeling bad or negative about yourself releases toxins into your body.

The connection between your mind and your body is tremendous. Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between real and imagined with feeling. When you convince your subconscious mind that you lose weight, your body will conform to your new mental image-and you will lose weight. What  you do in your inner mind, if you do it effectively and frequently, will happen in your physical body.

Why do you think that so many people gain their weight back after they lose weight? It’s because they haven’t convinced their inner mind that their current body is really them. When you lose weight by diets, starvation techniques, counting calories, or over-exercising, you will gain it back IF YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND is not convinced that the you after you lose weight is the real you. So, even if you lose weight through another means, visualize…so you stay that way!

Kirstie Alley said that visualization was a major part of her over 100 pound weight loss.

Do you have the happy habit?

Do you have the happy habit? If you don’t have this habit, cultivate it immediately. What is it? Well, there are actually two happy habits that I am going to reveal.

First – do more of what makes you happy. How does this work? It’s a law of the universe – the Law of Attraction, to be specific. It works like this…when you are happy, you are experiencing high vibrational energy. The energy you are experiencing, at any given moment, attracts to you more of that energy. Happy attracts happy. When you are happy you are guaranteed  to have more people, things, and experiences into your life that make you happy.

Unfortunately, many people don’t think they deserve to be happy – and limit their happy moments. They don’t seek them. They take life for granted and really don’t’ feel the joy in things, experiences, and people.

So, the best thing to do in life is to live in happiness. Find happiness in everything and every person. It’s up to you what feelings you experience each moment.

The next happy habit is to be happy like a child. Children are pretty much happy all the time, and if they are hurt or have a problem, they recover quickly and return to feeling happy. Why is that? Because they don’t think the way adults think. Their minds don’t automatically ever to all the things that could go wrong or all the ways something won’t work. They just expect the outcome to be one that will bring them happiness.

Since you attract what you expect – happy usually happens to them. It will happen to you also – expect the best outcome – and get a happy  outcome.

You are totally in control of your happiness. Start now finding happiness in every moment, no matter who you are with or where you are – AND – in every situation always expect the outcome that will make you happy.

A smile feels good when you give it and a smile feels good when you get it. A smile is the quickest way to say hello. A smile is reciprocal-if you want one, give one away! When you smile you draw people to you because you appear friendly.

When you smile, you bring joy to others and health to yourself. People who smile and laugh regularly are 40% less likely to have a heart attack, less insomnia, and smiles helps the immune system. Remember to give your self a smile and say nice things to yourself. You’ll be happier and accomplish more.

A smile is FREE and a smile has a great side-effect of smiling is creating instant rapport. People like people who like them so show them you like them. How do people know you like them besides your smile?

*You compliment them.
*You listen to them without interrupting.
*You show sincere interest in them.

It’s the best way to be irresistible. If you don’t feel like smiling, fake it ’till you make it! It’s the best way to feel better when you feel bad. It’s the best way to feel better even when you’re already happy. A smile is a gift you give to yourself and others.
